Students of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University enjoyed great time at workshops “Discover U.S. Cheese” on March 19, 2019 hosted by the U.S. Dairy Export Council. The Agricultural Trade Office of the U.S. Consulate General and the USDEC representative introduced the history of U.S. cheese, the production, characteristics, and pairing options. Participants enjoyed sampling a variety of U.S. cheeses to learn about the range and exceptional tastes. The United States offers over 600 varieties and styles of delicious cheeses.
