The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) will be holding a regional Voting Assistance Town Hall and Question & Answer Session on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Zoom.
This Town Hall will cover the process of absentee voting overseas for all U.S. citizens protected by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA). This will include how to determine voting residency and how to use FVAP’s online tools, like the Voting Assistance Guide and the online assistant to register and request a ballot. Participants will be free to answer questions throughout the Town Hall and there will be time for additional questions towards the end of the session.
The Voting Assistance Town Hall and Question & Answer Session is open to any interested persons. The session will be held in conjunction with U.S. Embassy Manila with the voting assistance officer from U.S. Consulate General, Hong Kong & Macau available. It will last around one hour.
